From Thursday 15 to Sunday 18 May 2025, for the 14th Casablanca Heritage Days, the Assayag opened its doors from 10 am to 10 pm. The programme poster announced guided tours, the opening of the exhibition Citadelle, a pop-up bookshop, a book signing and a philosophy tavern.
These images are taken from videos shot during the visit, on 15 and 17 May: a landing and the lift door, a granite-framed doorway opening onto a staircase, the stained glass and the well of the spiral staircase, a visitor climbing, the concrete basins of the laundries, a table of books, then the terraces and the city all around — as far as the green ceramic dome of a neighbouring building.
The ten artists of Citadelle exhibited in the basements: “Citadelle”. The eighth-floor laundries have their own album.
